This is not your average engineering role. As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining and repairing high-end espresso machines at cafés, offices and hospitality venues. You’ll start your day from home, hop into your fully equipped company van and head to your first appointment. Some days it’s a quick adjustment, other times you’ll dive deep into the mechanics and electronics of the machine.

You’ll work independently on the road, but you’re never alone – our support team is just a call away, and you’ll visit our hub in Zoetermeer once a week to restock parts and tools. Every four weeks, you’ll take part in a weekend on-call rota, which comes with extra pay and time off in return. If you’re passionate about technology and coffee, this is the perfect role for you.

Your key responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance and repairs on espresso machines at customer sites;
• Install and configure new machines to perfection;
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults (electronics and mechanics);
• Keep customers informed about the work you’ve completed;
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation;
• Participate in the on-call rota (one weekend every four weeks, with extra pay and time off).

• A competitive salary of €2,500.00 to €3,500.00 per month, depending on experience;

• Paid travel time (excluding the first and last 30 minutes of the day);

• Weekend on-call allowance of €50,00 per day plus time off in lieu;
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with plenty of variety and independence.

Dit ben je

• Strong technical skills with electro-mechanical knowledge;
• A relevant qualification in engineering or proven hands-on experience;
• Holding a valid category B driving licence;
• Good command of English (Dutch is a bonus but not essential);
• Service-oriented, problem solver with a calm approach under pressure;
• Flexible attitude and willingness to join the on-call rota;
• Experience with coffee machines is a plus, but not required.
