We are looking for a dedicated QA Officer to join the dynamic team at a multinational food and dairy product manufacturing organization within the CSC Europe (EU) and Retail & America's (R&A) organization.

In this key role, you will drive compliance with local regulations and internal organization standards while supporting the business groups (BGs) in the EU and R&A. You will be responsible for gathering and sharing crucial information about products with customers, ensuring that offerings align with their expectations and agreements.

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Support customer tenders on our products;
• Support sales with customer queries on products eg policy on sugar reduction, additives, sweeteners, palm oil, soya, allergens shelf life, storage;
• Fill in and keep customer portals up to date;
• Support on planning customer audits and follow-up on them;
• Communication on Food Safety & Quality matters with customers;

You will also be responsible for areas like :

• Customer questionnaires;
• New/changed customer requirements;
• Certificates, Statements;
• Questions related to eg specifications, ingredients, origin;
• Collaborates with sites to assure efficiency and get the correct information.

Enthusiastic individual with experience in quality management and assurance, preferable in food technology or chemical technology

• Secondary vocational education (MBO+) or (HBO);
• Has knowledge or / affinity with QA (management systems, database management, dairy products);
• Experience with SAP and customer portals are a strong advantage;
• Fluently in Dutch , minimal in English, French is plus;
• Relevant working experience in the food industry in a quality role;
• Preferably knowledge of milk and dairy processing;
• Able to work in an FMCG environment.

Through our agency, you will receive a temporary contract for 9 months.

The salary indication for this full-time role is between €3900 gross per month, depending on your education and experience.
