Job Opening: Marketer with 1-5 Years of Work Experience

• Gross € 2,600 to € 3,600 depending on your work and life experience (based on 40 hours per week)

In this role, you will come into contact with all aspects of B2B marketing. You will learn everything about B2B marketing from experienced colleagues, get familiar with the tools we use, and gradually develop a sense of what we do to make our clients successful. Within our organization, you can develop into a specialist or grow into a marketing strategist. We work together from a beautiful office in a former Sugar Silo, easily accessible by bike, car, and public transport, and of course, we provide you with everything you need to make a real impact in your new role.

About Merkelijkheid

Merkelijkheid has existed for 13 years. We continue to grow, both in content and team size. Being named an FD Gazelle for the past four years is a confirmation of that. We specialize in four areas: B2B marketing strategy, websites, content, and online marketing. We work for well-known large brands as well as lesser-known, large brands. Active in sectors such as automotive, industry, and business services. We measure our success in the long term, which allows us to often grow with our clients over extended periods. Some brands have been our clients and real partners since our founding 13 years ago.

Maximum impact, minimal waste

Our clients are often seriously ambitious entrepreneurs or companies where true entrepreneurship is present (SME/SME+). They seek a reliable partner who maximizes their marketing resources, and that is exactly what we stand for. We do this because our team has the necessary expertise and attitude, as well as unique systems. One such system is the in-house developed 'Merkelijkheid OS', a portal where we collaborate with each other and our clients around data (dashboards), project management, and smart (AI) tools.

Your workday

Most colleagues arrive between 8 and 9 AM at our office. Every morning, you receive an email from Merkelijkheid OS with your to-dos for the day. When you complete a task, you mark it as done. We provide a well-stocked lunch table every day. A game of table football, Guitar Hero, or just catching up with colleagues offers a bit of distraction between finishing one task and starting another.

Our team regularly visits clients, and we organize drinks, quizzes, and great company outings. We strongly believe in developing your skills, both content-wise and life skills.

Depending on your abilities (experience, knowledge, and skills), you earn € 2,600 to € 3,600 based on full-time (40 hours). Vacation pay is added on top. There is plenty of room to grow if you can do more.

Expectations

• Bachelor's/Master's degree completed (or at least equivalent thinking level)
• 1 - 5 years of work experience, relevant internships or part-time jobs count
• Dutch as native language (or B2 language level)
• You can communicate well in English with our clients.
