• €14.76 per hour excluding surcharges (50%)

To be eligible as a warehouse employee, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You have your own transportation;
• You can work in Poeldijk;
• You can work from 20:00 PM/22:00 PM to 3:00 AM;
• You are available at least two days a week;
• You speak Dutch or English.

You'll work as a warehouse employee in the shipping department, acting as the link between the order pickers and drivers. You'll place all picked orders on carts for the correct (truck) docks using trolleys. It's not particularly demanding, but you'll be working in the refrigerated area all the time. You'll also need to stay alert, as your work involves loading the final trucks. This work is always done at night, allowing the drivers to load and deliver on time early in the morning. Your shift usually ends around 4:00 AM, but if you have a lot of work or sick leave, it may run over. You'll be paid appropriately for this, of course.

• Production and forming work;
• Preparing products for shipment;
• Placing containers and crates in the correct route.

Bidfood is a leading wholesaler in the foodservice industry. The company supplies fresh produce, among other products. Bidfood currently has 16 locations across the Netherlands and a team of 1,700 employees. They serve no fewer than 25,000 diverse customers in the Netherlands.

Regular surcharges:

00:00 - 04:00: 50% surcharge

10:00 - 17:00: 25% surcharge.

Saturday between 17:00 - 24:00 and Sunday: 100% surcharge.

Surcharges for working in the cold:

Between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius: €0.53 gross per hour worked.

Between 0 and -18 degrees Celsius: €1.22 gross per hour worked.
