What You'll Do
As a key partner in shaping strategy across your plant, you will:
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Nutreco's Quality Management System (Nutrace) within the Plant.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations in the operating companies in scope.
- Build and develop a capable quality organization and foster a strong quality culture across functions.
- Identify, analyse, and drive continuous quality improvements across production and quality control processes.
You'll collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Formulation, Innovation , and other cross-functional teams to:
- Drive quality performance improvements.
- Provide FSQ expertise in customer interactions.
- Support incident and crisis management when needed.
Who We're Looking For
You are responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role . You have the credibility to influence stakeholders at all levels and the leadership capability to inspire others. Ideally, you bring:
- Experience in quality roles within feed, food manufacturing, or supply chain environments .
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of food/feed safety legislation and quality certification schemes.
- Proven experience leading quality management systems and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, multinational organization .
