    Our Procurement Department, is seeking an experienced Subcontracting Coordinator to join our team. As a Subcontracting Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for suppliers and internal departments, ensuring the smooth progress of outsourced production work. You will play a crucial role in coordinating subcontractors, overseeing projects, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

    As a Subcontracting Coordinator, your typical day will involve managing various aspects of outsourced production work. You will be actively involved in coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

    • Coordinate the progress of outsourced production work, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
    • Proactively identify and resolve problems, implementing corrective measures as needed.
    • Oversee the fabrication process at subcontractor facilities, collaborating closely with the Manufacturing Supervisor (when applicable).
    • Manage logistics, working closely with Logistics department to ensure smooth transportation of materials.
    • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including suppliers, internal departments, and project teams.
