    Job Description

As we accelerate toward our next phase of growth with the AI wave, we're looking for a bold, data-driven, and customer-obsessed Growth Officer () to lead our global commercial engine and unlock the next wave of revenue growth.

    This role is arguably one of the most strategic commercial leadership opportunities in European B2B SaaS today: at the forefront of AI-driven hiring, recurring platform revenue, and embedded distribution. It's rare to find a company with a proven product, strategic partnerships, deep ecosystem integrations, and a performance-based model ready to scale.     You'll lead our go-to-market strategy across Direct Sales, Indirect Channels, Strategic Partnerships, Customer Experience, and Marketing, while working hand-in-hand with Product and the CEO to evolve VONQ into a truly platform-led, performance-based growth company.

    1. Growth Strategy & Commercial Architecture

    • Unified GTM Definition: Define and execute a unified commercial strategy that harmonizes performance across all revenue streams: Direct Sales, Indirect/HAPI sales, Enterprise Accounts, and Partner GTM.
    • Value Proposition Lock: Ensure VONQ's core value proposition of outcome-based candidate delivery remains front and center, embedding it consistently across our product portfolio (Job Marketing, CPA+, HAPI, and emerging AI Agents).
    • Monetization & Positioning: Own the Market Strategy and partner closely with Product on demand generation levers, including go-to-market planning, pricing models, positioning, and monetization of emerging AI features.

    2. Commercial Execution & Revenue Accountability

    • Revenue Management: Develop and implement comprehensive, data-backed revenue strategies that are fully aligned with ambitious company objectives.
    • GTM Oversight: Oversee the design and execution of repeatable, scalable GTM plans, ensuring seamless alignment and efficient handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
    • Operational Discipline: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor performance, accurately forecast revenue, and drive data-driven decisions across the commercial organization.

    3. Team Leadership & Scaling

    • Team Scaling: Lead, mentor, and scale our current team of 40+ commercial professionals , fostering a high-performance, resilient, and data-driven growth culture.
    • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate effectively with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution and resource allocation across the business.

    Reporting directly to Ritu Mohanka, CEO of VONQ , you will be a core member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), acting as a crucial sparring partner across Product, Finance, and investor stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Executive Leadership:10+ years of commercial sales experience, including 5+ years in senior commercial leadership , ideally reporting directly to a CEO/Board.
    • B2B SaaS Track Record: A demonstrable track record of driving and scaling recurring revenue in B2B SaaS businesses across multiple international markets.
    • Commercial Scaling: Proven ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing Sales and Customer Success teams, develop successful channel and partner strategies, and personally lead enterprise-level deal cycles.
    • Operational Excellence: Hands-on expertise in Sales Operations and Sales Enablement best practices, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking, ideally within Salesforce or similar CRM environments.
    • GTM Expertise: Skilled in designing and executing sophisticated Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that unify sales, marketing, and product efforts.

    Desired Attributes

    • HRTech Background: Familiarity with the recruitment technology space (ATS, programmatic advertising, etc.), ideally bringing an existing network in HRTech, WorkTech, or Talent Acquisition.
    • Fast-Paced Environments: Experience operating in a private equity-backed or fast-scaling growth environment, with a strong focus on balancing commercial growth and operational discipline.
    • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch or German is a significant advantage.
