Objective:

As an Account Executive Groupage, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational file management, ensuring high-quality service and seamless communication with all stakeholders. Your role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction, solving logistical challenges, and delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.

Job description:

• Operational File Management : Managing shipment dossiers from start to finish within our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
• Stakeholder Communication : Building strong relationships with clients, transporters, and other internal and external stakeholders;
• Customs Compliance : Ensuring shipments comply with customs regulations in destination countries and preparing all necessary documentation on time;
• Customer Communication : Proactively updating clients about the progress of shipments, alleviating any concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Problem Solving : Creatively and proactively finding solutions to issues during the execution of transport assignments, keeping all involved parties informed;
• Collaboration : Working closely with our internal operational services to ensure a seamless and stress-free customer experience.

Your talents:

• Proven experience in operational file follow-up and administrative tasks;
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus;
• Familiarity with customs procedures and transport regulations is a plus;
• Your adaptable and open to change in a dynamic environment;
• You can perform well under pressure and are able to handle multiple priorities.
