    The Role: Sales Engineer

    As our Sales Engineer , you'll play a key role in driving the growth of MX3D's groundbreaking technologies. You'll take charge of the entire sales process, from building relationships with potential clients to closing deals and expanding existing accounts. You'll get to work with three cutting-edge solutions:

    • M1/MX Metal AM Systems : Our top-tier turnkey robotic 3D metal printing system for advanced metal 3D printing in-house
    • Print-on-Demand Services : We produce custom metal applications for various industries at our production facility in Amsterdam.

    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for:

    • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships
    • Driving an effective, customer-centric sales process and closing win/win deals
    • Assessing industrial designs/CAD files and discussing with customers
    • Creating tailored quotes and offerings for industrial customers
    • Representing MX3D at major international events, conferences, and fairs
    • Analyzing and tracking sales data to optimize your sales approach
    • Reporting directly to the CCO

    Your Profile

    What you bring to the table:

    • A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Engineering degree preferred)
    • A degree in Material Science or experience in the metal industry is a pre tp MX3D
    • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the energy, manufacturing and/or high-tech industry
    • Strong focus on customer needs, with a focus on closing deals and building lasting relationships.
    • A creative, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, particularly in an international context
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement for working in a growing scale-up
    • Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands
    • EU passport or a valid Dutch work permit
