As Finance Manager, you make a real impact. You actively contribute to strategic decisions, develop a future-oriented financial policy and steer the organisation's financial course. With your sharp view and analytical skills, you ensure insight, control and continuity.

In this versatile position, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key sparring partner within the management team. You will ensure reliable financial information, contribute to strategic decision-making and manage the finance team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to strategy formation and financially advise the CEO and MT.
• Ultimately responsible for financial administration, reporting, annual accounts and liaising with the auditor.
• Develop and improve management information and steering tools.
• Prepare, monitor and analyse (departmental) budgets.
• Managing and coaching Finance and Business Control staff.
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate them into concrete advice and improvement initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a business-savvy Finance Manager who maintains an overview in a dynamic environment and easily switches between strategy and execution. You combine analytical insight with persuasiveness and are energised by growth, development and cooperation.

You bring:

• At least a completed HBO degree in a relevant financial field
• At least 5 years of relevant Finance & Control experience
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• Experience of developing management information and financial analysis
• You think in terms of possibilities, befitting our young organisation
