Scientific basis

SEO is associated with the University of Amsterdam. We have access to the latest scientific methods and techniques and actively apply them in our research. This enables us to bring clarity to complex issues and resolve questions for our clients. The scientific basis on which we conduct our research leads to socially relevant, independent and reliable research.

SEO Amsterdam Economics is always interested in motivated researchers with an eye for quality and policy (both starters and experienced) who are looking for a new challenge.

Part-time consulting opportunities on a project basis

In addition to full-time positions, we also offer part-time consulting opportunities on a project basis. For such positions, we are particularly interested in experienced researchers with strong expertise in specific sectors, specific evaluation methods, or specific countries/regions (where excellent knowledge of certain languages is an advantage). Successful careers at SEO begin after completing a master's degree in general economics, econometrics or a related field.
