    Engineer

At TUI, our Engineers are vital to keeping our aircraft - and our customers - moving safely and smoothly. From day one, you'll be part of a skilled global team, supporting operations across our network and helping to ensure every aircraft is ready to fly on time and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with engineers, flight crews and ground teams, making smart decisions in fast-paced environments. Your work behind the scenes makes the holiday magic happen - when our aircraft are in top shape, everything else falls into place. Success means being a reliable, safety-first problem solver who brings the TUI spirit to life with every turnaround.

    Image Engineering

TUI's commitment to development has helped me grow year after year. I recently completed a composite repair course, which means I can now carry out structural repairs on our 787s - it's incredibly rewarding. The flexibility here is a big plus too. Our summer shift pattern gives us shorter hours, so there's time to properly unwind. And the colleague concession scheme? A great bonus - discounted holidays never hurt!

    The TUI Culture

We're not here to only follow the map. We're here to redraw it. This is how we work, lead, and grow: with purpose, personality, and just enough edge to keep things interesting - detours and all.

    Trusted

We say what we mean, do what we promise, and own it when things don't go our way. We show up - for our people, partners, and customers. Every. Single. Time.

    Unique

We're unapologetically ourselves. We celebrate diverse perspectives, play to our strengths, and bring our full selves to work. Cookie-cutter? Not our style.

    Inspiring

We bring the spark. From fresh ideas to everyday improvements, we go the extra mile - with curiosity, pride, and a smile that says, "Let's TUI it.
