As an Engineer at Park Plaza Eindhoven , you are responsible for carrying out daily maintenance activities to ensure the hotel remains in optimal condition.

You perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs, both inside and outside the hotel, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment for our guests and team members.

We are looking for an Engineer who:

• Supports the maintenance department with a balanced focus on operations, guest, employee, and owner satisfaction.
• Executes maintenance tasks and helps set priorities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Ensures proper use, safety, and periodic maintenance of all equipment and installations.
• Contributes to service quality, operational efficiency, and achieving departmental goals.
• Projects a helpful and professional image to guests and colleagues by responding positively and thoroughly to requests.
• Maintains clear and accurate records of all repairs and maintenance on installations and equipment.
• Has a passion for hospitality and technical excellence.
• Preferably has an electrical engineering or similar technical background.
• Speaks fluent Dutch (required).
• Has experience in hospitality (preferred).
