As a sales support coordinator you will have following tasks:

• Follow customer orders from creation to delivery and make sure everything stays on track;
• Keep internal systems tidy and updated with accurate information;
• Coordinate daily with transport and warehouse teams so operations run smoothly;
• Handle claims or incidents quickly, clearly and professionally;
• Support the full sales and purchase process and ensure each step is completed correctly;
• Take care of logistics coordination and administrative precision;
• Spot issues early, follow up and report when needed;
• Maintain open, solution-focused communication with colleagues and customers;

Profile

As a sales support coordinator you recognise yourself in the profile description below:

• Degree in Economics, International Business or a similar field;
• 3-4 years of experience in commercial back office or administration in the fruits & vegetable industry;
• Fluent in Spanish & English, if you speak Dutch as well that's great!;
• Experience in the Fruit & Vegetable sector is a big plus;
• Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of AX is helpful;
• Organised, proactive and confident in communication;
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment;

Job Offer

• A salary between €2.800 - €3.800 based on 40 hours a week;
