    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized intern to join our Benelux procurement team. Are you interested in learning more about where our ingredients come from or how we run multi-country tenders with our suppliers? Perhaps how we collate the data across our six European countries or the process to launch products across our different markets? We are looking for someone to help us with collating information, documents and data across our countries as we grow our business. Do you want to grow with us?

    MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Helping update and complete the Purchasing and Quality Database. This will be a great help for Logistic, Procurement, Quality and many other Departments.
    • Supporting the Benelux buyers on launching RFQ, negotiations, contract renewal & implementation
    • Helping complete supplier and product set up process
    • Support changes to existing products (including being a part of product tastings!))
    • General administration tasks including updating spreadsheets & systems

    • Proactive approach with the ability to work efficiently and in an organised way
    • Good customer service skills including good communication & social skills for collaborating with other teams and external suppliers

    EDUCATION & SKILLS

    • Economic Bachelor education (HBO/WO business administration or Economic studies)
    • Experience working with Microsoft Excel
    • Fluent in English and Dutch (French and/or German are a bonus!)) - both written and verbal
    • Can work independently & also part of a team
