As a warehouse team leader in Born, you will lead a team of approximately 8 logistics employees. You ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly and monitor the quality, safety, and progress of the work. You actively work on the floor and are the first point of contact for questions or issues.

The day starts with a short briefing and looks as follows:• Assign tasks and create the daily schedule.• Maintain oversight and adjust where necessary.• Solve problems and address bottlenecks.• Collaborate intensively with colleagues from other departments.• Regularly consult with your supervisor.• At the end of the day, ensure that goals are met and everything is left tidy and safe.

• Have relevant work experience in a logistics environment.
• Have experience leading a team of approximately 8 people.
• Are willing to work in rotating shifts: one week from 07:00 to 16:00 and the next week from 12:30 to 21:30 .
• Speak, write, and understand English.
• Are solution-oriented and can adapt quickly.
• Are quality-conscious, detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
