Our Cloud Infrastructure team is a small but highly skilled group that thrives on freedom and ownership, where mentoring and knowledge sharing are key to daily work. Working in an international environment, the team collaborates closely across borders while maintaining a strategic view on cloud innovation. This setup allows you to grow technically while contributing directly to Dustin's long-term cloud strategy.

Your role & influence asSolution Architect within Service Area Cloud

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for leading the Cloud Infrastructure team-acting as the primary point of contact for all cloud-related topics, driving strategic initiatives, guiding daily operations, and ensuring alignment with Dustin's long-term Cloud Innovation & Strategy Plan.

Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of ensuring alignment with the long-term Cloud Innovation & Strategy Plan, keeping a strategic view while driving daily progress. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders across the Dustin Group.

Core activities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all cloud infrastructure-related topics, including incidents, emergencies, and operational tasks.
• Be an integral part of the Cloud Infrastructure team, driving stand-ups, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring alignment with the long-term Cloud Innovation & Strategy Plan.
• Take ownership of key initiatives such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune/MDM device migration, and decommissioning projects across the Nordics.
• Maintain familiarity with Azure infrastructure resources, including design, configuration, and maintenance.
• Demonstrate Architect-level competence in design, testing, implementation, documentation, and knowledge sharing for cloud-based end-user device and software management, including the Azure Virtual Desktop environment, as part of the ongoing One Dustin platform project.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who combines solid senior experience in a similar role with Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert competence, eager to contribute to cloud innovation and strategic initiatives.

Additionally, it'll be nice to see that you bring:

• A bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Azure platform management, and driving strategic cloud initiatives.
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
• Local knowledge, aligned with the contract location, is a plus.
