    To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Upholstery Planning Coordinator who can maintain overview in a dynamic working environment.

    What will you do?

    As a Planner, you are the central link between project managers, execution teams, and external partners. You ensure that work activities are planned efficiently and realistically and that progress is closely monitored.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Creating and maintaining daily and weekly schedules per department

    • Working with Monday to set up and manage planning

    • Coordinating and finalizing schedules with external parties

    • Creating and managing capacity planning per department

    • Monitoring progress and identifying bottlenecks in a timely manner

    • Preparing and participating in planning meetings

    • Acting as the main point of contact for project managers and execution staff

    What do you bring?

    • MBO / HBO level of working and thinking

    • Experience with planning, capacity planning, or scheduling (preferred)

    • Strong analytical skills: you recognize patterns and identify bottlenecks

    • Stress-resistant and decisive, even during peak moments

    • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally

    • Experience with Excel

    • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
