Are you ready to take the lead in shaping efficient, world-class logistics operations? Intralox LLC Europe's Schiphol Operations is seeking an experienced Lead Outbound Logistics professional to manage our daily logistics activities, oversee the entire export process, and drive continuous improvement across the team and department.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll actively support your team, ensure operational excellence, and champion innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily leadership, guidance, and coaching to the Traffic team.
• Manage the end-to-end export process with precision and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service and freight forwarders to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and implement process improvements.
• Guarantee accurate documentation and adherence to import/export regulations.
• Lead projects and guide the team through new systems and ways of working.

• Experienced in logistics and/or freight forwarding.
• A natural leader with exceptional communication and people skills.
• Customer-focused, organized, and resilient under pressure.
• Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Skilled at prioritizing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
