About the Role

As a Production Employee at KGS DIAMOND in Elburg, you will work in a skilled and motivated team to produce high-quality diamond tools and abrasives. You play an important role in ensuring that every product meets our strict Swiss engineering and quality standards - contributing directly to KGS's reputation for precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines and perform manual tasks to produce products according to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and inspect semi-finished products to ensure consistent quality.
• Work efficiently according to planning and established production standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
• Follow safety procedures and company regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Technical insight and an eye for detail.
• Independent, precise, and reliable work attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Good mathematical and measurement skills.

• A one-year full-time contract (40 hours per week) with the possibility of extension.
