Voor de regio North-East (kantoren in Antwerpen, Leuven en Hasselt) zijn we op zoek naar een ondernemende fiscalist en centrale spilfiguur die meedenkt, anticipeert en als vertrouwenspersoon wil fungeren voor onze klanten. Vind jij je uitdaging in fiscale passie, in het opbouwen van een klantenrelatie en het aansturen en begeleiden van een team? Dan ben jij misschien wel de Tax Director die we zoeken voor ons team!

Wat worden jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Je adviseert grotere en internationaal georiënteerde familiale ondernemingsgroepen in hun fiscale strategieën waarbij je deel uitmaakt van een multidisciplinair team van fiscalisten en juristen. Samen met jouw team zoek je oplossingen voor een brede waaier aan fiscale en juridische vraagstukken met betrekking tot ondernemingsfiscaliteit in de brede zin van het woord. Je bepaalt zelf hoe breed je wenst te ontwikkelen en/of te specialiseren. Je coördineert en superviseert eveneens (inter)nationale due diligence en post-acquisitie opdrachten in samenwerking met onze M&A specialisten.

• Je wordt de adviserende vertrouwenspersoon voor de ondernemer-bedrijfsleider en financiële directie met betrekking tot fiscale aspecten van hun beleid. Je geeft praktisch bruikbaar advies op maat van de cliënt en begeleidt hem bij de implementatie van dit advies.

• Je ontwikkelt en verdiept de relaties met bestaande en nieuwe cliënten, en draagt bij tot de verdere uitbouw van onze fiscale en juridische teams.

• Je stuurt het team van fiscalisten in de regio mee aan, zowel in klantenrelaties als in de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de teamleden.

• Je bent als tax accountmanager verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van bestaande en nieuwe klantenrelaties.

• Je hebt de ambitie om een leidende rol te spelen in de verdere ontwikkeling van Deloitte Private in onze regio, en je bepaalt samen met de andere directors en partners de prioriteiten, acties en offerings naar de markt.

Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?

• Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in een grotere structuur met een focus op (inter)nationale vennootschapsbelasting;
• Je bent geboeid door de wereld waarin familiale bedrijfsleiders-ondernemers en CFO's van middelgrote ondernemingen vandaag ageren;
• Je bent klantgericht, je hebt een groei-mindset en werkt daarom met passie, drive en discipline;
• Je bent een teamplayer die rekening houdt met anderen en die de opleiding en coaching van jonge collega's als een uitdaging ziet;
• Je communiceert vlot en to-the-point en dit zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels
