    This is how you make an impact

    As Account Manager, you act as the link between our organization and the customer, responsible for further strengthening customer relationships on a tactical and strategic level. In doing so, you increase revenue and margins while expanding our service portfolio. You maintain contact with various people and departments at the customer to fully understand their needs and stay up to date with developments.

    When offering solutions, you not only consider the possibilities within your own business unit but also think in terms of solutions offered by Neways as a whole. You are the central coordinator, ensuring smooth collaboration between the customer and the internal organization. You report directly to the Sales Manager.

You are driven, assertive, and have a strong personality. With your expertise, you inspire trust and confidence in the customer. Your accurate way of working ensures agreements are fulfilled. With your helicopter view, you can oversee the bigger picture, make the right connections, and take decisive steps.

    You have natural authority and know how to motivate your team effectively. With your commercial mindset, you attract new business and are able to convince customers of our (future) solutions.

    In addition, we ask for:

    • Bachelor's degree level (HBO) or equivalent;

    • At least 5 years of technical-commercial experience in a B2B environment;

    • Full-time availability;

    • Proven oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English;

    • A curious, proactive attitude, with the drive to bring out the best in yourself and the team.
