HR Employee / HR Advisor

Tijhof Autotransportsystemen is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR professional who's happy to roll up their sleeves. Are you someone who can maintain an overview and is available for 16 to 24 hours per week? Then we'd love to meet you.

Your profile

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (German and English are an advantage);
• You have strong communication skills, are independent, have integrity and work accurately;
• You have a vocational education (MBO+) work and thinking level (in the direction of HRM/P&O), acquired through education and/or experience;
• You have several years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
• You are confident and feel comfortable in a dynamic HR role.

We offer

• An employment contract of 16 to 24 hours per week, spread over 3 or 4 working days;
• Prospect of permanent employment if you perform well;
• Excellent primary and secondary employment conditions, including a company phone, pension accrual at PMT and fruit at work;
