Where will you be working?
As a Team Leader Systems Administrating, you lead a team of System Administrators. Together with your team, you ensure the stability, security and optimization of our IT infrastructure. In addition to managing the team on a daily basis, you will work on the strategic development of our IT policy, in which cloud solutions play a major role. You will have the opportunity to use your technical expertise and guide your team in an innovative working environment.
Representative Activities
- Leading the team of System Administrators.
- Ensuring a stable and secure IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud.
- Responsibility for the day-to-day running of complex technical problems.
- Developing and implementing IT solutions together with the solution architect.
- Guiding your team in their personal and professional growth within Chane.
Requirements
We are looking for an energetic and committed professional with:
- A completed college or academic education.
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical IT role.
- 3-5 years of work experience as a team leader or manager.
- Microsoft Hyper-V and Windows Server are familiar terrain to you.
- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
- Experience in a managerial role and in working with SLAs and KPIs.
- A solution-oriented mindset and communication skills.
- A strong focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
