Are you someone who enjoys being physically active, likes to roll up their sleeves, and gets energy from a varied workday? In our dispatch department, you make sure everything runs smoothly. From picking orders to shipping: you keep the pace high.

Who are we?

Vlint has been the Dutch specialist in filtration, dust extraction, air handling, and solids handling for over 30 years. We produce custom-made filters, supply complete dust extraction and air handling solutions, and provide maintenance and service for clients in both industry and utilities. Thanks to our practical approach, modern production facilities, and dedicated colleagues, we work every day toward a cleaner, safer, and healthier indoor climate. You will work at a permanent, dry, and modern dispatch workstation in Lelystad, within a close-knit Dutch-speaking team from the region.

What will you be doing?

As an Expedition Employee, you and your colleagues are the heart of our logistics. It involves light expedition tasks. There is no heavy lifting involved. Your tasks include:

• Gathering and preparing daily orders for shipment.
• Registering, checking, and placing incoming goods in the correct location.
• Replenishing materials towards production departments.
• Checking incoming and outgoing goods flows.
• Maintaining a neat and organized workspace.

You work fixed day shifts from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. On Fridays from 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM. No shift work, no weekend shifts.

What do we expect from you?

• You are available full-time (40 hours).
• You have a good command of the Dutch language (the entire team speaks Dutch).
• You have an eye for quality and work accurately.
• You are social, reliable, and a real team player.

Preferred, but not a strict requirement:

• Experience in logistics.
• Forklift and/or reach truck certificate.
• Basic Safety Certificate (VCA).

At Vlint, you can obtain your Basic Safety Certificate (VCA) and your forklift and reach truck certificates.

• Gross salary between €2,300 and €2,700, depending on age and experience.
• Fixed working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00. Fridays from 08:00 to 14:30.
