Teamlead Order Fulfillment

Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? We're looking for an experienced Team lead to lead, supervise, and coordinate our orderfulfillment team (7-10 people). In this key role, you'll ensure a smooth customer order flow-from order placement to on-time delivery. You'll drive the order-to-cash process efficiently and accurately, ensuring top-quality service, flawless documentation, and seamless communication. What we ask

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management;
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in distribution customer service within a global logistics and international environment, with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes;
• Knowledge of ERP, preferably extensive SAP knowledge;
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office software specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• A hands-on team leader with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• People management skills;
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in database applications, and a clear focus on high-quality service delivery, with organizational sensitivity;
• You have experience with projects / lean management;
• Excellent professional communication in Dutch and English.

The position of Teamlead is part of the Business Group Ingredients Supply Chain organization, Plan and Deliver. The Team lead is responsible for coordination between warehouses and plants both locally and internationally.
