    Job Description

    For our Customer Services Team, based in Maastricht, we are looking for an enthusiastic employee to join our team as:

    Customer Services Employee!

    Duties and responsibilities include:

    • Enter quotes and orders in SAP.
    • First contact to customers.
    • Inform customers about status of orders.
    • Handle warranty, return and credit requests
    • Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
    • Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests
    • Proactive order follow up

    Knowledge required

    • Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).
    • General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).
    • Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
    • Fluent French or German language skills are required (writing and verbal)
    • English language on a good level and any additional language, like Dutch for example, would be a plus.
    • Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).
    • SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge is desired
