The internship

Join our Global Talent & Performance Management Team and play a relevant role in supporting our global initiatives aimed at unlocking the full potential of our people. By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to our Global Talent Management agenda:
  • Collaborate on the development of training materials and support resources that help building a high-performance culture
  • Assist with facilitation of training sessions for the HEINEKEN People Function community worldwide
  • Assist in change management and communication campaigns

• Support our development & assessment portfolio (e.g. 360 feedback assessments, Insights Discovery, Senior Leader Development Centers ), by assisting for example on;

• Global deployment of our 360 feedback tools, e.g. support and guidance to our markets across the globe, creating support materials, creating and delivering training/instructions
• Global deployment of the Insights Discovery tool for individual and team development, e.g. creating monthly news posts for practitioners, redesign SharePoint materials, collate & sharing best practices on Insights rollout
• Analysis of assessment data, including 360 feedback, Insights Discovery and Senior Leader Development Centers. Generating insights (e.g. with PowerBI tools) and sharing with our People Function stakeholders across the globe

The unique you!

• Currently in HBO or WO education

• Fluent English language required

• Eager to learn and high learning agility
• Pro-active, pragmatic with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail and quality
• Team worker with the ability to lead your own projects and juggle priorities
• Excellent communication skills, well-versed at wrapping up complex ideas and projects in a concise way and ability to connect with diverse people and cultures
• Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It is a plus if you are familiar with working data analytics tools such as PowerBI)

The terms of employment

• Your starting date is approximately mid February 2026
• The internship is 4-5 days a week for the duration of 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
• It is a practice-oriented internship
• You will be based in the Amsterdam head office
• Hybrid working / Amsterdam
• Per month you will receive an internship allowance of €650 and build 2 vacation days (based on fulltime / 40 hrs)
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

Conditions of HEINEKEN

1. You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
   1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
   2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
2. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
3. You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN) .

The start of your internship

Our purpose as HEINEKEN is to brew the Joy of True Togetherness to inspire a Better World . Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.
