    Growth

    Money

    Fixed salary: €2,750 gross per month (38 hours/week).

    Bonus scheme based on performance (such as behavior, availability, hygiene, results, etc.).

    Signing bonus of €2,750 gross , paid out in 2 parts.

    Extras for longer service (3 years).

    Holiday pay in June.

    Altogether this can rise to around €40,000 gross per year including bonuses.
