Compliance Medewerker

THE JOB

Because laws and regulations are constantly changing and the requirements from permits and certifications are becoming increasingly strict, we are looking for an administrative professional to strengthen the compliance team. You will be involved in the administrative processing of the quality management system.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administrative processing of requirements from permits and certifications (ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&D, GMP+);
• Supporting inspections and audits;
• Monitoring changes in laws and regulations relevant to all our logistics activities;
• Processing the internal quality management system, consisting of, among other things:
  • Processing results from internal training sessions;
  • Processing non-conformities (NCRs);
  • Processing procedures and work instructions;
  • Processing and following up on action items from internal audits;
  • Registration of compliance checks.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum MBO level (vocational education);
• Affinity with compliance/logistics;
• A keen eye for detail and structured working;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience with quality standards or permits is an advantage (such as ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&D, and/or GMP+).
