Operator – meat processing industry | €3,730.25 | Two-shift system

As an Operator, you’ll be making sure the production lines in the meat processing industry run smoothly. Our client produces a variety of sausages, meat products, and meal components – from raw materials all the way to final packaging.

You’ll set up and prepare machines before production starts, solve small technical issues, and ensure a seamless production or packaging process. With your operator experience, you know how to get machines back up and running quickly if a fault occurs. You’ll also perform regular quality checks and maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

This role is in a two-shift system, alternating weekly:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00.

Your weekends are always free! Prefer working only in day shifts? Our client also offers a similar role in day shift hours – you can apply for that one too.

Dit krijg je

• Salary between €2,814.05 and €3,730.25 per month (based on experience);
• 31.5% shift allowance for hours worked after 18:00;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way);
• 24 vacation days plus 8.33% holiday allowance;
• Weekly or 4-weekly salary payments;
• Pension scheme from day one;
• Full-time work, 40 hours per week;
• Possibility of a permanent contract with the company;
• Career opportunities, for example as a Line Operator, Team Leader, or within Technical Services.

Dit ben je

• Previous experience as an Operator, preferably in the food industry;
• Living in or near Delft;
• Own transport to get to work;
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English;
• Accurate, communicative, and confident in guiding others when necessary;
• A motivated and reliable team player, who can also work independently.
