Senior Marketing Innovation Manager Early Life Nutrition

Step into a strategic marketing innovation role where you impact the future of infant formula.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and visionary innovation leader to sustain our position as global market leader in infant formula ingredients for the Early Life Nutrition segments Hydro's & Encaps, while driving growth across both our core and innovation portfolio's. The role is central to unlocking growth opportunities across these Early Life Nutrition segments, one of FCI's key strategic plays. You will shape, contribute and execute the global Early Life Nutrition innovation strategy, with the aim to further accelerate value growth in the Hydro's and Encaps Segments, and deliver against our bold ambitions for the years ahead. Understanding, acting upon the context (market, consumers), customers, competitors and our company's capabilities within Early Life Nutrition. It also means defining our innovation roadmap on proposition, product portfolios, place (availability) and pricing.

Senior Marketing Innovation Manager Early Life Nutrition

What we ask

  • Academic/master level Degree, preferably in marketing, business economics, food technology or technical business.
  • 8-10 years' work relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the Infant Nutrition, nutrition or dairy ingredients industry.
  • A strong record in strategy development, innovation plans and roadmaps and in-market execution.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and see the bigger picture, translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong affinity for scientific environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D teams and translate complex science into compelling value propositions.Proven experience in delivering business growth through successful execution of marketing and commercial strategies.
  • Solid understanding of cross-functional project management and working in multidisciplinary teams in a global environment.
  • Proven capabilities in managing stakeholders through influencing, providing insights and analyses, challenging conventional thinking, and daring to be bold and speak up when required to achieve the right result.
  • Being able to see the bigger picture in a complex environment (helicopter view), yet persistent to drive successful execution.

You will report to the Global Marketing Innovation lead Early Life Nutrition and you will be part of the global Segment Marketing team Early Life Nutrition. The role will work closely together with several research and development teams within Frieslandcampina. You will also engage closely with sales, business development, marketing communications, nutrition, regional sales offices and finance teams. The position is based in Amersfoort.
