Are you an empathetic multitasker, a budding customer service specialist, and do you get energy from truly helping people? Do you know how to turn an email or phone call into a pleasant experience? And would you like to join the Customer Service department at the best B2B purchasing partner in the Netherlands and Belgium? Then we are looking for you!

What Will You Specifically Do?

You will fully participate in the team and get the chance to show and develop your skills. A selection of your tasks:

• Answering questions from our TICA members via e‑mail, telephone and social DMs.
• Updating customer data in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Watching and contributing to improvements in the customer experience.
• Liaising with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Do you spot something that could be smarter? Then we would like to hear that.
