    Are you an empathetic multitasker, a budding customer service specialist, and do you get energy from truly helping people? Do you know how to turn an email or phone call into a pleasant experience?     What Will You Specifically Do?

    You will fully participate in the team and get the chance to show and develop your skills. A selection of your tasks:

    • Answering questions from our TICA members via e‑mail, telephone and social DMs.
    • Updating customer data in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
    • Watching and contributing to improvements in the customer experience.
    • Liaising with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
    • Do you spot something that could be smarter? Then we would like to hear that.

    Who are You?

  • You are following an MBO or HBO education in the field of commerce, communication, business, service or customer service.
