Why you should join the FX & Cash Management Team

FX & Cash Management is one of the most impactful domains within 's financial platform. Our systems power real-time liquidity, enable multi-currency operations, and help scale the financial infrastructure behind 's global growth.

You'll manage a team of 4 software engineers and work closely with Product and Treasury to build the foundation that keeps 's financial ecosystem stable, scalable, and future-ready.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers working on FX rates, cash management, multi-currency accounts, and liquidity operations
• Drive delivery of large-scale projects end-to-end: from design to production
• Align engineering decisions with long-term product and platform strategy
• Own the technical vision for high-availability, low-latency financial systems
• Build a strong engineering culture through mentorship, direction, and feedback
• Partner with Product, Treasury, and other tech teams to solve cross-domain challenges
• Create clarity and momentum in a fast-paced, ambitious environment

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience leading and growing engineering teams
• Strong engineering foundation (Java, Postgresql, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elastic, Redis, etc. )
• Able to connect business needs with technical decisions and influence stakeholders
• Comfortable with ambiguity-proactive, structured, and decisive
• Curious about financial systems; prior FX or treasury experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Thrive in fast-moving, product-oriented environments
