• Minimum 8 years of work experience within the insurance industry
• Extensive management experience in claims, operations and business processes
• Hands on, result driven and outspoken stakeholder management on senior level
• Experience with managing and executing complex projects and programs
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations
• Speaking multiple languages and international experience is a plus
