Your job in a nutshell

As a project manager at our company, you are the connecting link that keeps everything running smoothly, even when the project becomes challenging. You make smart choices every day and keep a grip on progress. Thanks to your dynamic approach, you see unexpected situations as opportunities, and you always act proactively and professionally. You interact smoothly with the project team, the client and the site manager, ensuring smooth progress and satisfied faces. The best part? You build strong relationships and celebrate achieved milestones together. Together, we ensure that every project is a success!

What are you going to work on ?

• Point of contact for the client, site manager and project team;
• Monitor planning and quality requirements;
• Identifying deviations from the project budget and coordinating additions where necessary;
• Perform risk management;
• Initiating and ensuring coordination between all stakeholders;
• Drafting HSE plan for projects and ensuring safe execution of work;
• Organising required construction facilities and infrastructure;
• Initiating and participating in project evaluations, providing improvement proposals.

What do you Bring?

• HBO/WO working and thinking level e.g. International Business Administration or Project Management;
• Desirable Prince2 certified;
• Preferably 5 years' experience in a successful position;
• Experience with project management methodologies and working with ERP systems;
• Experience with International projects and cooperation between contractors and subcontractors;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Dutch.
