    About the role

    Our (Tech) will be responsible for driving business growth across both the Netherlands & European markets. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and leading sales initiatives to expand Superscripts Tech footprint in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Netherlands Tech and Fintech landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in new business development.

    What you'll get up to:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Netherlands Tech & Fintech market.

    • Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the broad Tech space, such as Fintech, MedTech, AI, SaaS and Gaming, including joint ventures and market expansion initiatives.

    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

    • Lead sales efforts, including pipeline management, lead generation, and deal closure.

    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing & Partnerships to align business development efforts with company goals, including delivery RFP's.

    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the Netherlands & across Europe.

    • Monitor and report on key business development metrics and performance indicators.

    About you:

    • 5+ years of experience in business development, new business & strategic client relationship management targeting the Tech or Fintech markets.

    • Strong understanding of Netherlands & European business regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape.

    • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.

    • Experience negotiating and building relationships with key stakeholders

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to travel as required.
