As a UX Designer at our company, you play a crucial role in applying technical innovations and improving our solutions. For example, you analyze reports, do research and propose improvements based on your knowledge and experience.

Industry and client knowledge

What sets you apart is your ability to really immerse yourself in the customer: their business model, their challenges, their playing field. Your industry and customer knowledge enables you to ask the right questions and verify developments in the domain with customers. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do, but take the initiative yourself. You don't just ask questions, you come up with proposals. You think along, think ahead, and dare to go off the beaten track if that yields more value.

• You have professional experience with several of the following skills:

  - Agile / Scrum

  - Human-centered design

  - User Research

  - Figma

  - Design Systems

• You have experience in one or more of the following domains (preferred): utilities, manufacturing, and/or financial services
• You are a conceptual thinker: you can translate complex information into a clear and compelling story;
• You see the connections between user needs, business goals, and technological possibilities and know how to weave them into a logical narrative;
• You know how to persuade and advise stakeholders;
• You work independently and proactively bring ideas to improve our solutions;
• You understand the technical possibilities of web and mobile technologies;
• You have a broad interest in people and society, and how technology will shape the future;
• You test your work and build prototypes to bring ideas to life;
• You have a portfolio that shows your passion for the craft.
