    We are looking for a highly organized and attentive Team & Office Coordinator to support the operations team of the OranjeWind offshore wind farm. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of our O&M base and providing essential support to the team. You will be the go-to person for office management, document control, and coordination of various operational activities.

    RWE is currently building the OranjeWind offshore wind farm in the Netherlands , 85 kilometers off the coast of Den Helder with a capacity of 795 MW. It will feature the latest in wind turbine technology, using the Vestas V236 15MW turbines. The windfarm will see first power in 2027.

    • Office & f acility m anagement : m anage office supplies, IT equipment, desks, and other essentials.

    • Administrative s upport: m anage travel bookings and business trips. Coordinate onboarding for new joiners. Support SAP workflows.

    • Coordination & l ogistics : o rganize site visits, including offshore wind farm tours. H andle access cards and visitor registration. Arrange team events and gatherings.

    • Oversee O&M base-related contracts , such as building lease, utilities, and cleaning.

    • Document m anagement: g uide and assist the team on document management tasks, including best practices.

    • Training & c ompliance: s chedule personnel trainings and maintain medical certificates systematically. Support with ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and inventory management.

    Your working location will be at the O&M Base in the port of Den Helder. Because the new office is currently under construction (expected readiness in Q4-2026) , you'll be expected to initially work from home and temporarily spend time at the RWE office in Utrecht (1-2 days per week) , until the offices are fully ready in Den Helder.

    Job requirements and experience

    • Completed MBO 4 or HBO degree.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or similar roles.

    • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

    • Familiarity with logistics and travel arrangements.

    • Demonstrated aptitude for effective organization and managing various responsibilities simultaneously

    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Ability to manage contracts and vendor relationships.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP workflows.

    • Experience in managing document control processes and best practices.
