Your work consists of personally guiding clients in buying and selling. This includes conducting sales talks, purchasing talks, conducting (purchase) viewings, preparing bids, conducting negotiations and guiding notary appointments.

Who are you?

• You are a warm-hearted person with a high likeability factor
• You are representative, enthusiastic and enterprising and have a healthy degree of perseverance
• As a real estate agent you have recent and relevant knowledge and experience of the housing market (private individuals)
• You have the required real estate agent papers A-RMT/ K-RMT or are studying for this
• You are very socially skilled and commercially minded
• You are able to easily connect with potential buyers and sellers
• You are strong in building and maintaining relationships
• You are able to draw up sales and purchase contracts without errors
• You live in Amsterdam
