    The opportunity

    As planner, you are responsible for coordinating domestic or international transport routes to and from our location in Schoonebeek. You process transport orders daily, create schedules, and ensure that goods are picked up and delivered as agreed. In doing so, you will work closely with the Customer Service department, drivers and charter carriers.

    You monitor progress, adjust where necessary, and always maintain an overview. Do you have the drive, motivation and flexibility to make a difference every day? Then this might be the best job you can have!

    You are socially skilled, enjoy working in a team and easily connect with colleagues, departments, and customers. Communication comes naturally to you, and you work according to a duty schedule. You carry out your tasks according to established rules, procedures, and safety regulations of both the company and our clients.

    Of course, you work in a structured way and can handle a dynamic and changing work environment.

    Ensuring that assignments are carried out on time and with good results gives you enormous satisfaction.

    What do we ask from you?

    • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
    • At least 5 years of experience as a planner;
    • Good understanding of the Dutch, English and German language, both spoken and written;
    • Clear communication style and customer-oriented attitude;
    • Experience with MS Office and transport systems;
    • Knowledge of road transport with a focus on open transport;
    • Knowledge of driving time legislation, documents and permits;
    • Commercial insight and an eye for costs versus benefits;
    • No 9-to-5 mentality and willing to work in alternating shifts and weekends.
