What you'll do

• Be involved in the development of Global Customer Service Experience strategies
• Contribute in CSX Customer Centricity projects
• Support the Global CSX management team with daily activities.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor or Master student who successfully completed intermediate exams
• Solid background in Business Studies with interest in Customer Service and Customer Experience topics
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office Package
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Analytical, flexible and open minded
• Available for 6 months full time as of 1st of January, 2026.
