Creative Designer - Yacht Interiors

Wetzels Brown is an internationally renowned design studio based in Amsterdam. We create unique yacht designs that seamlessly combine timeless elegance with thoughtful detailing.

Our small, innovative team collaborates closely with specialists to bring projects to life. Our mission is simple: deliver excellence that makes our clients smile.

We are now seeking an experienced Creative Designer to join our international team and help us craft yacht and residential interiors that set the standard for luxury design.

What you will do

• Develop interior concepts, custom furniture, styling, décor, and materials in line with project requirements and art direction.
• Create and present sketches, drawings, floor plans, and mood/style/material boards to communicate design proposals.
• Balance aesthetics with functionality, practicality, and buildability in furniture, FF&E, artwork, and accessories through to final realization.
• Prepare presentations, visuals, material selections, schedules, and project documentation.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team whilst also working independently when needed.

What we are looking for

• A talented, creative professional with 3+ years of full-time experience in superyacht design and/or the luxury interiors market.
• Strong knowledge of suppliers, manufacturers, materials, and production technologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, MS Office, AutoCAD and fluent in English .
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Amsterdam area (valid NL work permit required).
