Currently, they are looking for a German-speaking billing employee to join their team. You will be responsible for working with customers and resolving billing issues, manage end-to-end order processing, collaborating with sales and logistics to resolve discrepancies, and creating timely invoices. Description

• Oversee end‑to‑end order processing;
• Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to validate order details, manage inventory levels, and resolve discrepancies;
• Maintain accurate inventory and billing records through regular reconciliations and timely invoicing;
• Deliver strong customer service by communicating order status, addressing inquiries, and resolving challenges related to stock, delivery, or billing;

Profile

• Relevant education in finance or a relevant field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or billing roles within an international environment;
• Good command of SAP is a big advantage;
• Good command of English and German, as you will be speaking with international clients;
• Available for 32-36 hours a week;
• Proactive, communicative, and flexible;
