At our Amsterdam site, we are looking for a hands-on Team Leader who can inspire, organize, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse employees.

• Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet operational targets.

• Monitor performance and ensure quality and productivity goals are achieved.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

• Communicate effectively with other departments and shift leaders to ensure workflow continuity.

• Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, training, and performance reviews.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

• Hands-on mentality and problem-solving attitude.

• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).

• Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
