The role

As the lead of the Business Information Management (BIM) team, you'll be at the heart of transforming data into strategic value. In this dynamic role, you act as the key link between business and IT - ensuring our data, systems, and reporting tools are aligned with business goals and future-proofed for growth.

You'll lead a team of BI professionals, manage cross-functional projects, and drive the development of our business intelligence platform. Your mission? To turn complex data into clear insights, automate reporting processes, and empower teams across the organization with self-service analytics.

Skills & Requirements

You

You are a strategic connector with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for data. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and know how to bring people and technology together to create business value. You're a natural leader, a proactive problem-solver, and a strong communicator.

Further:

• You hold a master's degree in Business Information management, Business Economics, Finance & Control, ICT, or a related field.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in similar roles.
• You have experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, and Excel.
• You're familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• You understand business processes translated into reporting information needs and have a strong affinity with logistics and data modelling.
• You're fluent in English, both spoken and written.
