Compliance Officer

THE ROLE

As laws and regulations continuously change and requirements from permits and certifications become increasingly stringent, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to strengthen our Compliance Team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of the internal quality management system.

No two days are the same, as your activities relate to all our logistics operations: warehousing, customs, and sea or air freight forwarding.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administrative processing of requirements from permits and certifications (ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&D, GMP+);
• Processing and follow-up of the internal quality management system, including;
• Processing results from internal training sessions;
• Conducting and following up on internal audits;
• Recording and following up on non-conformities (NCRs);
• Compliance checks for risk management;
• Monitoring changes in laws and regulations relevant to all our logistics activities;
• Supporting external authority inspections.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, logistics, or business administration);
• Affinity with compliance and quality in logistics;
• You are analytical, work in a structured manner, and have a keen eye for detail;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience with quality standards or permits (such as ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&D, and/or GMP+) is a strong advantage.
