As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects from start to finish while supporting commercial growth. You ensure timely delivery, manage budgets, and maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales teams, contribute to proposals, and foster customer-centric relationships to drive business opportunities.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize, and execute projects according to company standards
• Lead and coach project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Monitor project progress, budget, and quality throughout execution
• Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including quotes, order confirmations, and invoices
• Coordinate logistics, commissioning activities, and resource allocation
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct workplace inspections when required
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Participate in pre-sales meetings and contribute to proposal development
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree (HBO/MBO) in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial or energy sectors
• Experience in customer-facing roles or supporting sales activities
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Dutch, German is a plus
• VOL-VCA certification or willingness to obtain
• Driving license B
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
