Parkhotel Valkenburg is looking for an enthusiastic and hospitable receptionist. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting guests in the self check-in process using Mews Self Check-in system.
• Assist guests with questions, requests or problems during their stay.
• Processing payments and managing reservations….
• Dealing with complaints or problems in a professional and effective manner.
• Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, F&B and maintenance to ensure guests' stay is hassle-free.
• Actively capitalizing on commercial opportunities; selling an added service gives you a kick

Employment: 20-30 hours per week

Salary: From € 2500.00 gross per month based on full-time employment, excluding vacation pay and allowances.
