The company is growing rapidly and is looking to strengthen its team at the Amsterdam Houthavens. The team consists of 25+ driven colleagues and operates with a flat organizational structure, where collaboration, growth, and mutual trust are key.

Description

• Guide new German customers through the onboarding process of the portal.
• Answer questions and provide proactive support during the logistics process.
• Resolve issues efficiently and with a customer-first approach.
• Collaborate with the sales and development teams.
• Translate customer needs into service improvements and new features.
• Facilitate smooth logistics flows.
• Ensure seamless handling of import and export processes via sea, air, road, and rail.

Profile

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• 1-5+ years of logistics experience in an office position.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
